Für die Bildern der Serie „Normal People“ wurden Details von Figuren von Fotos digital herausgearbeitet und in den Kontext abstrakter Farbkompositionen gesetzt. Die Figuren rücken in den Vordergrund, erinnern in ihrer Bildsprache an Comic bis Street art Elemente, bleiben anonym aber spiegeln mit der abstrakten Farbkomposition die Stimmung des flüchtigen Moments.

Normal people

For the paintings in the “Normal People” series, details of figures are digitally extracted from photographs and placed within the context of abstract color compositions. The figures move into the foreground; their visual language recalls elements of comic and street art. They remain anonymous, yet together with the abstract colors they reflect the mood of a transient moment.
