The painting is based on a foto of a young women that comes from swimming in the sea and drys her hair in the sun, submerged in herself and dreaming. The basic structure of the foto has been overplayed on the computer with an elder graphic. The print out of the electronic collage has been spray mounted on foam board. The color scheme of the painting process emphasizes further the formal structure. The final pictures have been casted with epoxy resin in a white box frame, that gives it a special glimmer and and a glance of a background light on the color structure.
Grundlage des Bildes ist ein Foto eines jungen Mädchens, das vom schwimmen im Meer kommt und die Haare in der Sonne trocknet, in sich versunken und träumend. Die Grundstruktur des Fotos wurde am Computer mit einer Grafik überlagert. Der Druck der elektronischen Collage wurde auf Foamplatte aufgezogen und im anschliessenden Malprozess die Formstruktur weiter betont. Das fertige Bild wurde in einem weißen Kastenrahmen in Epoxyd Harz vergossen. Daraus entsteht ein spezieller Schimmer, der den Eindruck eines Hintergrundlichts schafft und die Farbstruktur weiter betont.
